Back to Charlottesville (UTR Anniversary Rally)

.

I’ve applied for a new permit at Charlottesville’s Lee Park for August 11th and 12th, 2018 on the one year anniversary of Unite the Right. I fully expect the Charlottesville government to try and reject it and I’m ready for that fight.

Unite the Right 2 PDF

First, let me explain why I’m doing this. I simply will not allow these bastards to use the one year anniversary of the Charlottesville government violating a federal judge’s order and the US Constitution, in conjunction with violent Antifa groups, to further demonize activists.

What is going to be different: At Unite the Right I was just coming into my own as an event organizer and had faith in the Charlottesville Police Department to abide by the terms of the security arrangement and keep hostile groups separate. Obviously that is no longer the case. Whereas I once took it in good faith that authorities were keeping the security arrangements secret so that hostile groups like Antifa would not learn of the plans and therefore create a security risk, I now understand that they did that to screw us over. They did it to ENABLE the Antifa to attack us while claiming that WE actually screwed things up by not following the security plan…which oh-by-the-way they refuse to release to the public so people can judge for themselves.

This time I, and my attorneys, WILL DEMAND that they release these security arrangements to the public in advance so that all parties, both demonstrators and counter-demonstrators, know what is expected of them. Police will be here, we walk there, counter-demonstrators are required to be behind barricades and not attacking people on the way into the event, etc. We will also require the police to actually do their fucking jobs by demasking individuals violating the felony no mask law and disarming any individuals with illegal weapons like bricks, knives, flamethrowers and baseball bats. There is no place for thuggery at a free speech rally.

Lawyering up: Charlottesville is currently in the process of suing me for an injunction to keep me from doing further rallies. I’ve already retained attorneys to fight this thing. That’s already a major improvement in the legal representation of pro-white activists thus far. When I did UTR 1.0 I was flying by the seat of my pants from a legal perspective. I had no legal representation and was completely unprepared to fight Charlottesville attorneys until the ACLU stepped in to assist. Of course by now the ACLU has shown themselves to be cowards who would not hold Charlottesville accountable for violating the Federal Court judge’s order.

Now I have a real legal team that is committed to vigorously defending our constitutional rights. When Charlottesville rejects my permit, as I fully expect them to, we will push back. My attorneys will not allow government actors to do any secretive shenanigans to screw us over either. The rally will be orchestrated precisely with clear instructions for where everyone is supposed to go. And this bullshit where they are afraid to remove armed Antifa from the front of the venue will not fly this time around.

Better organization: The first time around I worked my ass off and did everything in my power to make sure everything went off without a hitch. However there were organizational issues I was not aware of.

I relied too much on existing infrastructure. I passed off a lot of the security to others. This conceded a lot of control over the event that I now regret. I had complete faith that they would do what was necessary to make sure EVERYONE was fully orchestrated and aware of risks. I don’t like that I didn’t have a megaphone on August 11th to warn marchers that Antifa were waiting for us at the base of the Thomas Jefferson statue. Another event organizer was given a megaphone and I had little to no control over the crowd.

The morning of August 12th I should have been notified that police didn’t show up to escort our VIPs. That was a huge red flag that I should have been able to use to warn people. I should have also been notified that the other event coordinator had stopped coordinating with some of the other groups days before the event. There was no coordination there and there absolutely should have been.

Lastly on this point, I assumed that because one of the Unite the Right speakers was a millionaire and has successfully challenged several universities in court that he would have connections, legal and otherwise, which we could have relied on. I thought he would be able to stop the city when they attempted to rescind our permit and punish them when they refused to honor the permit, acting instead to escalate tensions in order to shut it down. Obviously, since he didn’t immediately sue these bastards he doesn’t have the resources I thought he did. Well, now I have my own lawyers, they’re paid up, and we’re more than ready for legal warfare.

2. We were too lax about OpSec and how we allowed people associated with the event to behave. There is a rich culture of shocking and edgy humor associated with the movement. As a staunch first amendment advocate I took a very laissez faire approach to what people said on forums associated with UTR because I understood that things were said in jest. It’s a lot of fun to push the boundaries of acceptable discourse. However, outsiders don’t know or understand the culture. It’s scary for some of them and in the hands of Leftists can be deliberately misconstrued as threatening and malicious.

We all have to be much more professional with IRL activism going forward. There is a much different set of goals to accomplish when you’re in public. We have to be much more sincere and less LARPy because we’re not just doing this for shits and giggles. This is about saving our people from cultural and ethnic genocide.

We’re not far off from a virulently anti-white Democrat being elected who will open the borders and accelerate the demise of our people. We have to help awaken the ethnic consciousness of White Middle America so that they can stand up for their own interests before its too late. That is the number one priority. Any LARPing beyond that is unnecessary.

Why this is important: Even given the fact that we’ve had a huge learning experience and there are tangible ways we can prove to people that they are going to have a safe experience, there are still going to be risks. Some will say that we shouldn’t take those risks and remain behind our computers where we can continue to propagate dank memes and advance our arguments online.

We must have a presence in the streets of America. Let’s not kid ourselves about which way things could blow if this country collapses in the near future. The United States is not Poland, where 60,000 nationalists can proudly march in the street. In our country the proud Americans, the forgotten Americans, are intimidated into silence by the moral race panic of the elites. The second they stand up for themselves they’re called racists, misogynists, homophobes and transphobes until a vicious mob goes after their families and livelihoods.

Compare Poland to our country where hundreds of “ungratefuls” pour into the streets, obstruct traffic and riot every time an innocent cop is acquitted for using legitimate force.

Polish Nationalist rally 2017

St Louis unrest September 16th, 2017

Of course, memes and internet culture are fantastically important but we must also achieve the difficult goal of making our communities safe for us to have a voice. Imagine an America where the white citizens, descended from the founding stock of the country, cannot even advocate for their interest in public without fear of violent reprisal. That is the future we are abdicating towards our enemies when we relinquish the streets.

Make no mistake, the Democrats are going to be moving ever closer to the Revolutionary Communist attitudes of their grassroots. We cannot allow them to storm the streets of our country while we hide behind our sock accounts on the internet. We must project strength and be a viable mainstream alternative for the Forgotten American.

Finally, we cannot and should not allow our enemies to turn the anniversary of the day they violated our rights into some kind of propaganda victory where they continue to smear us with a distorted version of August 12th, 2017 and hold our attackers up as martyrs and heroes.

Commitment to Nonviolence: The rhetoric out there has really gotten out of hand on all sides. Clearly there is no love lost between pro-whites and those who want us wiped from the face of the Earth. We should know how to defend ourselves lawfully but we must avoid any violent confrontation at this rally whatsoever.

As it says so eloquently in Ecclesiastes 3:8, “There is a time for war and a time for peace.” We are not in a wartime atmosphere, although it may one day come to that. We are in a time of protest, of demanding civil rights for our people and winning hearts and minds. Our enemies have done such a thorough job indoctrinating the populace that even half of the white population hate themselves, actively work against the interests of their people and believe that the foundation of our nation is illegitimate because we “stole” our lands during the age of exploration and conquest.

We need to prove to them that we are the good guys. In my mind it is best to take every precaution to make ourselves safe in the first place but allow our enemies to strike the first blows if it comes to that. Show the world that we are a virtuous people and movement; that we are willing to take the abuse and still march forward in furtherance of our cause without becoming the aggressors.

…There you have it. We have 9 months to prepare ourselves. I don’t expect the same coalition as in 2017. Undoubtedly there may be hard feelings between different factions or people about woulda, shoulda, coulda but I hold no hard feelings about anyone who will shake my hand in friendship going forward.

We have a duty to our people and our nation to rise above pettiness and become the individuals that history requires us to be. See you in Charlottesville August 11th and 12th, 2018.

Statement On Twitter Verification Controversy

Over the last few days I’ve been struggling with how to respond to the fact that Twitter verified my account and then changed their terms of service to justify unverifying me along with a number of others following subsequent outrage from the press. It does feel like a slap in the face for a giant megacorp to quash the user agreement I enrolled with them under simply to appease a mob stoked by activist journalists.

The initial verification was heartening to me because I am a public figure, I have been impersonated and I’ve faced enormous hardship in order to get my opinions into the public square. The fact is that I had followed the terms of service: never engaging in harassment campaigns or using ethnic slurs. I simply stated my opinions, which are fairly moderate in comparison to others on both the right and left. This goes in the face of the narrative that my detractors were peddling about me: that I’m filled with hate, that I’m a Neo-Nazi or white supremacist, that I planned violence against anyone or that I’m personally responsible for the death of Heather Heyer.

But facts don’t matter so much as emotions. And its clear many people hate me. I’m sent death threats and entreaties to kill myself through social media on a daily basis. Many target their hatred against me for being a white man, assuming that if I don’t crawl into a fetal position to apologize for my race that I should have no voice.

The truth of all these things is highly dubious. Like over 50% of white Americans I felt mistreated in today’s society. I wanted to hold a rally to encourage white folks to have a voice and be proud of their heritage. I got a permit to hold a rally in my hometown of Charlottesville and worked tirelessly with police for two months to facilitate an environment where right-wing and centrist demonstrators could rally in peace at Lee Park while the inevitable Left-wing protestors could also protest in peace, but segregated safely behind a line of police or barricades.

The city government of Charlottesville had other plans and aborted the safety measures on the day of the rally. This led to a highly chaotic environment where people were getting into fights and panicked individuals who’d parked in the area did not know how to leave the area. This is what I believe happened with James Fields: he got lost in a strange city while trying to drive away from an event which had unexpectedly ended before it began, got trapped behind some other cars while armed left-wing demonstrators were blocking the road and panicked when someone hit his car with a weapon.

Of course the city didn’t apologize for creating these chaotic conditions. They blamed everything on me while an obliging media was only too happy to ignore the real story about police standing down and allowing chaos to spiral into violence and death.

This leads me back to my problem with Big Tech. They’re placed in between law enforcement who know that I did nothing wrong but don’t want to incur public wrath by saying so and the media who frame it as if I’m a genocidal terrorist. So they take things into their own hands to censor, smear and otherwise punish me for things I did not do.

My website, JasonKessler.net (which used to be the #1 Google search result for my name) was removed from the web by Weebly, a San Francisco based tech firm. The domain name which I’d purchased was seized. This was effectively the greatest censorship I faced because I couldn’t get my side of the story out to a wide audience right as all these media hit pieces were coming out about me. On top of that I had trouble raising money to mount a legal defense against the false accusations because Paypal shut down both of my accounts. Any platform which I used to raise money was bombarded by an outraged mob which didn’t want me to be able to defend myself and wanted me dead. My phone number and social media accounts were publicly listed and I received thousands of death threats and insults. For this reason I also had to leave my home of 15 years because of reporters and hostile people stalking my premises night and day.

YouTube demonetized most of my videos, my car insurance was temporarily cancelled and my credit score mysteriously fell 39 points to 666 overnight. I shut down my Instagram because it was flooded with hundreds of messages from people insulting everything from my looks to my race, calling me a murderer and wishing for me to die or be violently raped in increasingly disturbing and bizarre scenarios. On top of that OkCupid banned me for life and my employer was no longer able to send me out to work.

The final nail in the coffin was the revocation of my Twitter verification. There’s absolutely nothing to be accomplished by continuing to supply these platforms which hate my guts with fresh content. Going forward I’m going to be looking at supplying my content to alt-tech, anti-censorship platforms like Gab, VK and PewTube. Even if it means a reduction in my total viewership it will give me the peace of mind that I’m not contributing to the business models of platforms authoritarian Left-wing corporations subject to dictates of the mob.

To the extent that I still use platforms like Twitter it will only be to link to my content on other sites like JasonKessler.us or Gab. Be sure to follow me @TheMadDimension on Gab.

Complete Cantwell Preliminary Trial Rundown

2 out of 3 charges against Christopher Cantwell were dropped in preliminary after it was found that witnesses made false testimony.

Instead of charging said witnesses with perjury prosecutor Robert Tracci excused it as “what they believed to be true at the time” and tried to change his entire argument to keep pressing the charges.

Cantwell is still being held until trial on 1 charge of “illegal use of gas”. Judge seemed to buy defense argument that pepper spray was used in self-defense but found that it could not be dismissed in a preliminary motion.

The trial started off with an attorney for Vice News asking to allow cameras into the courtroom. In a singular moment of agreement, both the prosecutor and defense counsel Elmer Woodard agreed that it would create an unsafe and hostile environment for witnesses (Note: this was further corroborated by accounts of over a dozen Antifa pointing out witnesses and saying that they would remember their faces).

The judge denied the motion. Vice anchor Elle Reeve was later asked to leave the courtroom for turning on her phone and using it in the chamber.

Defense attorney Woodard opened up the proceedings like a man on fire. Prosecutor Tracci wanted a brief session in which the judge certified the three felony charges against Cantwell for illegal use of a gas, illegal use of a gas with malice, and unlawful injury by means of a toxic substance.. However based on his theory that the charges were politically motivated and based on false testimony, Woodard dragged it out into a 6 hour trial on whether there was even probable cause to allow charges to go to trial.

The crux of the argument came from a false statement by known Confederate hater Kristopher Goad of Richmond Virginia. In his sworn statement before the magistrate Goad had claimed that Cantwell sprayed him directly in the face. This turned out to be false. In fact, even Goad had admitted to the prosecutor that he only brought charges after being told that Cantwell had sprayed him by Cantwell’s other accuser, Antifa activist Emily Gorcenski. Woodard pointed out that Goad and Gorcenski are political enemies of the accused and had likely colluded to bring false charges against him for that reason.

Goad changed his story to say that he’d been indirectly affected when Cantwell sprayed someone else and he felt “stinging in his eyes” from overspray. Both Goad and Prosecutor Robert Tracci admitted that prior to trial they became aware that the actual sprayer was a “man with a dragon tattoo” who evidently was not a political target for Goad or Gorcenski as they did not pursue charges. Despite this information, not only did Tracci not pursue perjury charges against Goad but tried to adapt his line of prosecution so that he could continue to pursue Cantwell despite knowing that the original warrant was based on false testimony.

A recurring theme of the trial became the political agenda of ostensibly Republican Commonwealth Attorney Robert Tracci. Remember that Cantwell was originally granted bond. Tracci made the highly unusual move of stepping in to shop for a new judge and appeal that bond. At the new hearing, Tracci played clips of Cantwell’s controversial Radical Agenda podcast, convincing the judge that Cantwell’s “hate speech” made him a danger to society. (Note: there is no such thing as “hate speech” laws. So-called “hate speech” is protected speech by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.)

Tracci tried on several occasions to put Cantwell’s politics on trial. Defense attorney Woodard objected on grounds that it had nothing to do with whether Cantwell illegally pepper-sprayed someone. The judge sustained the objection and said he didn’t want to bring politics into it. Immediately after this ruling Robert Tracci continued to try and talk about Cantwell’s political beliefs from different angles and was thoroughly reprimanded by the judge.

At several points, Tracci became visibly upset, embarrassed and red-faced with anger. In one revealing moment he asked a witness about his opinion of the prosecution. “Do you feel that I’m politically motivated? That Mr. Cantwell is a political prisoner?” The judge barred this line of questioning.

The second accuser, Emily Gorcenski, took the stand and didn’t fair much better. Gorcenski also claimed to have been indirectly effected by Cantwell’s use of pepper spray. However the video this individual claimed was the, “best video of what happened” did not show Gorcenski anywhere near Cantwell when he deployed the spray. Gorcenski continued to insist that it did even though Woodard went through the video meticulously frame by frame showing that not to be true.

When confronted with the fact that there were at least four other pepper spray incidents happening around the same time the night of August 11th Gorcenski admitted that it did not know Cantwell was the one who had caused a “sensation” with indirect spray but felt that he was “most likely” the culprit.

The actual person Cantwell sprayed was referred to by the prosecution as “Mister Beanie Man”. He has not come forward. Nevertheless several witnesses testified that Cantwell was justified in using pepper spray on him in self-defense. Beanie Man was allegedly fighting with a man in a white wife beater who knocked him to the ground. Then he hopped to his feet in a fighting stance heading towards Cantwell. It was testified that he had perhaps 4 or 5 angry Antifa joining him in his charge.

Prosecutor Robert Tracci tried to invalidate one witness’ testimony because he didn’t refer to Gorcenski, who is a transexual, by Gorcenski’s preferred gender pronoun. Supposedly calling the witness “he” instead of “she” showed bias that made his testimony inadmissible. The judge didn’t buy this line of argument.

In summation, Woodard offered a passionate argument for the right to self-defense saying, “I’ve never seen a Commonwealth Attorney in my entire career who believed in the right to self-defense.” He also pointed out that accuser Gorcenski had been stalking Cantwell throughout the day of August 11th: following him to a private meet-up at a Wal-Mart parking lot and taking pictures, then following him to the torch march where Gorcenski taunted him, “How did your Wal-Mart meet-up go?”

Woodard said, “She wanted Cantwell to know that she was stalking him!”

Because of both the false statements and the uncertainty caused by so many people using pepper spray at the same time, the most serious charges of malicious use of gas and unlawful bodily injury were dropped due to lack of probable cause to move to trial. Despite the judge acknowledging the right to self-defense he found that the final charge would have to be adjudicated in a trial.

No word yet on a follow-up court date or when Cantwell might be allowed another bond hearing.

No Justice with Jeff Fogel in Charlottesville’s Kangaroo Court

Jeff Fogel is a Black Lives Matter attorney who assaulted my friend on video and then confessed to it on camera in front of a police officer while he was running for Commonwealth’s Attorney. The Kangaroo Court system in Charlottesville found a way to get him off with a not guilty verdict.

The situation involved a night where my friends and I were minding our own business eating dinner at Miller’s on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall. Fogel and a woman named Nancy Carpenter showed up and were eyeballing us. Shortly thereafter a mob of of protesters from a group called SURJ showed up and screamed at us for a good 15-20 minutes calling us “Nazis” and telling us we had to leave. Yes, us the paying customers.

My friends and I got up to confront Fogel, who was one of the ringleaders. This is when we caught him on video pushing my friend.

As if that wasn’t enough Fogel stalked his victim to the police department when he went to file the police report and CONFESSED ON VIDEO TO A POLICE OFFICER!

Fogel changed his story several times about his reason for being at the restaurant.

At first he claims in The Daily Progress that he was just there “enjoying a delicious hamburger”.
Inline image 1

Then when he was talking with a worshipful reporter at The Intercept he acknowledges that he came along with SURJ to confront me and my friends.

Inline image 2

He even had the nerve to tell Intercept that my friend had assaulted him by “slapping his hand away”.
This seems like an open and shut no way to lose case, right? WRONG! Here is how Charlottesville screwed the victim over.
Even though we asked for a special prosecutor because we don’t trust the impartiality of the Charlottesville Commonwealth’s Attorney (Virginia’s version of a District Attorney) they brought in Irvine Reaves, a Henrico prosecutor who sympathizes with Fogel’s Black Lives Matter style politics.

Reaves had all the evidence but didn’t bother to subpoena cop who witnessed the confession. Then he made a last minute decision to give the case (like over the weekend) to another prosecutor with no knowledge of the case. Must not have told the other prosecutor about the confession video.

The judge ruled that that Fogel was “not guilty” and bought the claim that he was hold out his hand to block his victim from advancing on him.

After the proceedings were over Irvine Reaves smiled and shook Fogel’s hand. Completely bankrupt miscarriage of justice and possible malpractice.

Every one of the legal professionals involved in this thing should be ashamed of themselves.

Taking A Knee for Anti-White Terrorism #Antioch

#TakingAKnee for terrorism

The public must demand a proportional response to the violence perpetrated against white parishioners by a black power radical named Emanuel K Samson.

In case you haven’t heard the news (and why would you with the relative silence from the national media), a black Sudanese immigrant opened fire around 11:15am Sunday morning in Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch, Tn. Facebook photos show that BCCC is a majority white, mixed race congregation. So far all of the reported victims are white. (http://archive.is/6ygvI)

Representatives in Congress and the Senate, who were so quick to implement liberal policies after Dylann Roof and the car accident in Charlottesville, have remained deafeningly silent on this racially motivated attack.

With the Roof incident politicians took down the Confederate flag at the South Carolina Statehouse and Confederate monuments around the country. After Charlottesville (in which a car was attacked by rioters and sped into the crowd) legislation was passed with demands for funding to stop “white domestic terror”.

Why does one create political action and the other silence?

The gunman had posted a number of anti-white and black power affiliated political postings on his Facebook page. He references the controversy over alleged police racism numerous times and his profile header shows him “taking a knee” like in the recent NFL protests against Donald Trump and in support of Black Lives Matter.

On July 8th, 2016 Samson shared an RT story praising the New Black Panther Party for arming themselves with high caliber weapons in Austin, Texas. The RT post asks, “Why isn’t the media speaking on this? Afraid of it being contagious?” and then accentuates it “#Truth”.

The Incident

Witness Joe Love described the scene when Samson arrived and killed the first victim, “He shot the first lady in the back in the parking lot by that green Explorer, then he turned around, rolled her over, and shot her in the face.”

That lady was Melanie Smith Crow, 39, of Smyrna, TN.

Will her family raise a quarter of a million dollars cash the way that Heather Heyer’s family did? Will Crow’s mother become an international celebrity and go on the MTV Music Video Awards show like Heyer’s mother Susan Bro? Will celebrity musicians do a vainglorious Concert for Antioch the way that they did the Concert for Charlottesville?

Dave Matthews and Stevie Wonder Take a Knee at “Concert for Charlottesville”

Somehow I doubt it and that pisses me off.

Before his rampage was ended the gunman went on to shoot seven others including Burnette Chapel Minister Joey Spann and his wife Peggy, Linda Bush, William and Marlene Jenkins, and Katherine Dickerson.

The gunman shot himself in the leg during a struggle with a church usher Richard Caleb Engle (pictured below) in which he was ultimately subdued.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

Reasonably, there are questions about Samson’s legal status. Police say he’s a legal resident but not a citizen. Why are people like Samson allowed into the country? What benefit do we gain from having them here? That’s a question a lot of people should be asking right now and asking their elected representatives.

Call your representatives now and demand that they treat anti-white crimes with the same gravity as other racially motivated crimes. While you’re at it tell them to support the RAISE ACT which decreases BOTH legal and illegal immigration into the country. Tell them you support Trump’s border wall for all the other victims of lax immigration enforcement and Trump’s travel ban on dangerous countries in Africa and the Middle East.

Announcing The New Byzantium Project

New Byzantium

I’m proud to announce the formation of the New Byzantium, a premier organization for pro-white advocacy in the 21st century. New Byzantium acknowledges the decline of Western Civilization in both the United States and Europe and looks to the history of Ancient Rome for inspiration. Particularly the Eastern (Byzantine) Empire which continued for nearly 1,000 years after Rome fell in the West.

We aim to create a foundation by which the European heritage of the Western world may survive the inevitable collapse of the American Empire.

New Byzantium is a civil rights organization operating through nonviolent action. We believe in a robust right to self-defense of our people and heritage which are being ethnically cleansed due to hostile government policies. We engage in activism and exercise our constitutional rights in order to preserve them for future generations. We maintain traditional values distinct from mainstream society, which in its self-destruction, mirrors other great civilizations which have grown weak and disintegrated.

We are supportive of pan-European interests but place a premium on local cultures ethnically-descended from our nation’s founding stock. For instance, we support Southern Nationalism but are not exclusively representative of the South. We fundamentally believe that the kind of working class men and women who work the Rustbelt factory jobs and the farmers who till the soil from sea to shining sea, have more in common with one another than with the elites who’ve tried to force their “new values” onto us through cultural propaganda and Marxist social policies.

The New Byzantium project is the next stage in the evolution of the nonprofit Unity and Security for America. That nonprofit, dedicated to preserving Western Civilization, will serve as the backbone of this new organization.

Data: More Women Becoming Obese, Sluts, Feminists & Single Mothers

A Typical Single Mother on Tinder

A new Pew poll sheds light on one of the fundamental problems in Western society. Feminism has created an unhealthy dynamic between men and women that is leading more and more individuals to opt out of marriage and relationships altogether.

Half of U.S. adults today are married, a share that has remained relatively stable in recent years but is down 9 percentage points over the past quarter century and dramatically different from the peak of 72% in 1960, according to newly released census data…

The changing gender roles, disintegration of the family, obesity epidemic (which now effects 4 out of 10 women) and pornography have irrevocably altered the relationship of men and women. The two genders are supposed to complete each other like the yin and yang but now you have an increasing number of individuals that might as well be a different species from one another.

Rates of Marriage have fallen 22% Since the ‘Sexual Revolution’ of the 1960s. Consequently rates of single parent households and depression have risen.

The Pew article continues:

“The share of Americans who have never married has been rising steadily in recent decades. At the same time, more adults are living with a partner instead of marrying and raising children outside of marriage.”

The instruction young men and women used to gain from their parents, churches and other institutions set them on the right path to have complimentary personalities to the opposite sex. Now the instructions in human sexuality are coming from government educational institutions that teach a combative rather than complimentary view of gender in which the women must compete for power against men in all aspects of life.

For a growing segment of the population this makes the proposition less and less attractive. If your potential partners are overweight, have baggage from a skyrocketing number of previous relationships, do not share any common interests, feel indignation about having division of labor in household duties, increasingly different political values and want to fight your household authority every step of the way what is the point?

Between the 1970s and 2010s the number of women with no sexual partners before marriage has decreased from 21% to just 5%. The number of women with more than 10 sexual partners prior to marriage has skyrocketed from 25 to 18%.

The more sexual partners a woman has had the less value she will place on the value of any future relationships and consequently she’ll become much harder to deal with. I’m going to assume that behaviors which lead to successful marriages lead to successful relationships more generally. Women who marry as virgins have the lowest rate of divorce while women with 10 or more sexual partners are the most likely to divorce (via National Survey of Family Growth). The number of women with more than 10 partners has increased by 16% in recent decades while the number of pre-marital virgins has decreased by the same 16% margin.

Another factor in the decline of relationships is the reticence of men to deal with women who already have children. Like every other indicator of poor relations between men and women the rates of single-motherhood has been growing to epidemic proportions. Half of all children live with a single mother at some point and nearly half of those single mothers have never been married.

Nearly half of Single Mothers Were Never Married

For men and women rating high in attractiveness these barriers to entry aren’t going to be as big of a problem. They have market value and will be able to dictate the terms of their relationship: if they want to demand a loyal, loving relationship resulting in marriage they can do so. On the other hand you have many men who’ve lost their market value due to no longer being the breadwinners in society and many women who’ve become less attractive due to excessive weight gain, combative ideas about relationships with men and children from pre-existing unwed relationships.

Recorded Phone Calls and FOIA Documents Show UVA Police Ignored Alt-Right Call for Assistance

Jason Kessler

(Authors Note: I was one of the lead organizers for the rally and some of my reporting is a first-hand account. DO NOT under any circumstances interact with any Antifa implicated in this article. Leave that for the lawyers.)

FOIA documents obtained by Shadowproof show that UVA police were using hearsay from the anarcho-communist website It’s Going Down to inform their negligent response to the Alt-Right’s torchlit march on August 11th. They ignored repeated requests for assistance from both Unite the Right marchers as well as UVA students and staff.

The Unite the Right organizers had discussed the possibility of doing a civil rights march from so-called “Nameless Field” to a Thomas Jefferson statue in front of the UVA Rotunda for some time. However we were uncertain until the night of August 11th whether to actually go through with it due to a pending court case surrounding the next day’s rally and leaked planning details by Left-wing agitators.

As early as 3:23pm on August 11th, emails show UVA Chief of Staff Anda Webb alerting police about the march (and parroting a fake Left-wing talking point about there being a march on St. Paul’s Church).

By 7:52pm, the night of the march, UVA Chief of Police Mark Gibson was emailing an It’s Going Down article about the march to Charlottesville Chief of Police Al Thomas. It’s Going Down is an extremist site which has helped organize violence against right-wing activists and police officers around the country. They were running logistics for the J20 riots at Donald Trump’s inauguration, for instance.

The article was based on incomplete or inaccurate information obtained through one of the planning servers for the event.

Around 7pm a couple dozen Unite the Right organizers were meeting at McIntire Park to discuss security arrangements for the next day’s rally. People were skeptical about moving forward with the march considering that we had so much on our plate for the Saturday rally and the fact that we expected an ambush from Antifa, due to the leaking of plans.

Ultimately consensus was reached to go forward with the march. At the insistence of UTR speaker Chris Cantwell we decided to involve police to ensure that peace was kept between demonstrators and the Antifa who felt entitled to “confront” us.

At this point I called both of my PD liaisons: Charlottesville Captains Wendy Lewis and Victor Mitchell. Lewis was contacted at 7:16pm and Mitchell was called at 7:29pm. Charlottesville PD refused to offer assistance because it was “not their jurisdiction”. While technically true, every branch of law enforcement was supposed to be working in coordination with each other during the UTR weekend from city, county, state and federal agencies and there should have been a capability, indeed a responsibility, to coordinate a cohesive response.

I directly requested assistance from UVA police and received a phone call from a Lt. Tabler at 7:46pm. I informed her of the march and that we required police presence to ensure the safety of both demonstrators and counter-demonstrators. She confirmed that UVA police would cooperate to ensure the safety of all involved. I handed off the phone to my co-organizer Elliott Kline (now head of activist organization Identity Europa) who had been placed in charge of security arrangements.

Elliot spoke with Lt. Tabler for about 3 minutes and then told me that UVA had agreed to remove and separate protesters from the base of the Thomas Jefferson statue we were marching to. All of the August 11th marchers, including Chris Cantwell, engaged in the march under the assumption that, as Elliott Kline had indicated, UVA police were going to be onsite to de-escalate any potential conflicts so that they would not turn violent.

Via phone Saturday morning, Lt. Tabler contradicted some of Kline’s version of events. “He didn’t let me know at that time that there were definitely going to be protesters there.” She claims to have told him, “We will monitor the situation, which is what occurred, however we could not remove anyone from that area because (of First Amendment issues).”

I agreed with Lt. Tabler that First Amendment issues could come into play for both sides but that that was not a satisfactory response for why police were not onsite to de-escalate and ensure safety. They had received multiple requests for assistance and been given a time both sides would likely interact at the Rotunda.

The idea that police didn’t know that Antifa would be there to confront the Alt-Right marchers is laughable. The IGD article being shared by the UVA and Charlottesville police chiefs included a call to action for far Left activists to confront and disrupt the march. The article stated, “It’s beyond obvious that this is not about free speech but terrorism. Charlottesville’s Black and brown folks must be protected at all costs, but the police don’t seem to care. Will UVA and its community take action to stand against white supremacist terrorism on campus? Will Charlottesville allow a torchlit rally to go down in city limits again?”

UVA Student Councilor Alex Cintron also alerted Police Chief Gibson requesting safety information about the planned march. Instead of asking protestors not to “confront” the marchers or ensuring that police would arrive to keep the peace he replied that they would simply be “monitoring the situation” (aka standing down).

UVA President Teresa Sullivan has already been caught lying about the response to the march. When a student asked her why there wasn’t a more sufficient response she claimed, “We didn’t know they were coming.” Two days later Sullivan contradicted her earlier statement and admitted that law enforcement was aware of the march Friday afternoon. Her new excuse for the lack of administrative intervention became, “There was a compelling interest in not attracting more protesters and heightened violence.”

Contrary to the mainstream media narrative about the event the Alt-Right marchers had no interest in confronting anyone. We had a legal right to demonstrate on public university property and simply wanted to gather at the statue in support of our heritage. It was the decision of the Left-wing Antifa to gather at the statue prior to our march and initiate a confrontation.

Mayhem in New Orleans Over Confederate Monuments: Assault Vehicles, Snipers, and Vandals

Picture

Left-wing rioters from Antifa drove to New Orleans in an armored assault vehicle, maced a woman in a wheelchair and defaced several Confederate statues. In exchange Confederate supporters landed punches and knocked an Antifa across the head with a flag pole. All of this happened Monday evening on May Day, a date significant to left-wing groups and which coincided with other uprisings around the country. Most of the violent activity occurred while police waited on the sidelines, according to sources who likened the situation to that in other liberal cities like Berkeley. Police were purportedly told to stand down while scenes of mass violence erupted between right and left-wing demonstrators.  With masked men, police snipers, armed Confederates with assault rifles and military convoys bussing in truckloads of ‘anti-fascist’ demonstrators it might seem like a New American Civil War is starting in New Orleans over the legacy of the last one.

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu ordered the removal of four Confederate era monuments back in 2015. Early last Monday morning (April 24th), under cover of night, masked construction workers broke in half and carted away the first of the three statues: The Liberty Place Monument. The area around the statue was fenced off, guarded by an NOPD police squad and protected by overhead snipers. After they were done even the names inscribed at the base of the statue to commemorate the dead had been chiseled away, leaving only a blemished stump of concrete.

Since then a small but vigilant contingent of monument supporters from around the country have been guarding the Jefferson Davis statue day and night, presumably because it would be the easiest to remove. The primary impediment to moving the Davis monument is simply that it is bolted in place while the Robert E Lee statue is up high on a pedestal surrounded by street car lines and the P.G.T. Beauregard monument is extremely heavy.

Monday evening, as about a dozen monument supporters were on guard, an assault vehicle (which some have identified as a deuce and a half) full of so-called Antifa, or anti-fascist demonstrators showed up looking for a fight. A banner on the side of their vehicle read, “Fuck off Nazi scum!” and they were waving the red and black flags of anarcho-communism.

Several protestors confronted the Confederate group with taunts like, “F___ you, nazi!” and “Your monument is coming down!” Several bottles and other small implements were thrown at the demonstrators including Andrew Duncomb, a black Confederate supporter.

Several sources confirm that another black Confederate supporter, Arlene Barnum was harassed by several Antifa until she was brought to tears. Despite being purportedly anti-racist activists, Antifa called Barnum a “coon”, “Aunt Jemima” and “house negro”. When she returned to her car later that evening one of her tires had been slashed.

As the night dragged on the violence escalated. Eileen Marcinkowski, a woman whose pelvis was crushed in a May 4th car accident and is bound to a wheelchair, was maced by an Antifa. “This woman comes across the road screaming and spraying mace. There was no provocation and she didn’t seem to be trying to spray anyone in particular. I felt an extreme burning that I never felt before in my life. My lips today are still tingling and swollen.” Eileen went on to explain that one protestor also threw a broken glass bottle that bounced off the side of her wheelchair.

One of the Confederate supporters knocked a protestor over the head with a flagpole. But it wasn’t until both sides began exchanging punches in full view of the media that the New Orleans Police Department stepped in.

Several Communist groups have already taken credit for the melee including the local New Orleans Workers Group and Take ‘Em Down Nola (which share founding members) as well as a Chicago group called Chicago Rising (aka Occupy Chicago). One leader of Chicago Rising, Spencer Thayer, responded to accusations that his group was bussed in by Mayor Mitch Landrieu, “We don’t work for Mitch. We bus ourselves.”

Later that evening two more Confederate monuments were vandalized. One dedicated to General P.G.T. Beauregard had buckets of red and pink paint splashed across it. It was also fitted with a red cap and several crudely strewn banners which said, “This is historical violence, we say no.”

A statue to Robert E Lee was hit with graffiti saying, “White supremacy is a lie” and that the “memory (of the Confederacy) never dies”.

Five arrests were made Monday evening, for charges ranging from disturbing the peace to crossing a police cordon and public intoxication. Two of those arrests were from the Confederate supporters. None of the arrests were due to vandalism or the assault on the wheel chair victim, Eileen Marcinkowski.

With the three monuments and their defenders still standing the issue is far from over. Mayor Mitch Landrieu promised that the statues would not come down during Jazz Fest but could come down during a lull in the festival Monday thru Wednesday of next week. “There’s a gap in between Jazz Fast, so something might happen next week,” Landrieu said.

The Facebook page for Take ‘Em Down Nola is calling for a march to Lee Circle on Sunday afternoon complete with a brass band. The event claims, “The monument is coming down” although there is no indication whether or not that will specifically happen on Sunday.

Supporters of the statues are hoping to stall until Louisiana’s conservative House of Representatives can pass a Heritage Protection Act (HB-71) which they are scheduled to vote on Wednesday, May 3rd. Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards is a Democrat and it’s uncertain whether he would sign or veto the bill if it was to reach his desk.

The most ardent heritage supporters have vowed to stay until the end, whatever it may be. When asked what his message for the rest of the country would be Andrew Duncomb, who has been guarding the statues for over a week said, “If you don’t think that the Confederate monuments should stay up that isn’t the point anymore. It’s that the Mayor Landrieau is willing to allow this terrorist group Antifa to act out while the police stand down and allow World War 3.”

Alt Right Protest Syrian War; Antifa Turns Violent

Members of the alt-right, led by Richard Spencer, protested outside the White House Saturday evening. They condemned missile strikes launched by the United States against the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. In a bizarre turn of events, members of the far-left group Antifa turned up to protest against the alt-right anti-war rally though few would go on record about the missile strikes themselves.

Spencer, a proponent of ethnic nationalism, invited attendees by Twitter and YouTube to Lafayette Square in front of the White House for a “peaceful gathering against further military intervention in Syria”. Spencer emphasized that the 59 tomahawk missiles fired by the Trump administration into the Shayrat military base in Syria could be only the beginning and that voters should, “tell Donald Trump unequivocally: not in our name. No more Neocon wars” before it’s too late.
When asked by reporters and Spencer himself about their perspective on the missile strikes various Antifa protestors declined to comment. One Antifa supporter told me that he did not support the missile strikes but also did not support the alt-right because, “they actually support Assad and support the genocide.” When asked what his solution to the Syrian conflict would be the Antifa activist replied, “Implement full Communism…seize the means of production.” When asked how Communism could be implemented during a full-blown civil war he declined to comment.Another attendee on the Antifa side was infamous Disrupt J20 activist Paul “Luke” Kuhn who was caught on tape by Project Veritas planning to gas the Deploraball with butyric acid. He also declined comment and ran from the camera.

During the rally Spencer and the alt-right chanted “America first”, “Take a shower”, “Fire Kushner” and “Build walls, not wars”. The Antifa counter-protestors shouted back “Fuck you Nazis” and “No Nazis, no KKK, no fascists USA.”

Towards the end of the rally events turned violent. One Antifa protestor broke through Spencer’s line of bodyguards to throw glitter on his face and shoulders. An alt-right supporter tackled the Antifa to the ground and exchanged blows.

As Spencer and his associates made their exit from Lafayette they were chased down the street by Antifa. At one point Spencer made it into a cab only to be assaulted by a mob beating on the windows with their fists. One man opened the trunk of the vehicle and tried to reach for Spencer before Spencer’s crew exited the vehicle and ran for a mile or more from pursuers before finally making their escape in another cab.

Police threw several of the Antifa assailants to the ground and began making arrests.
