Exposing the Wealth & Power Behind Unite the Right Lawsuits

Antifa activists claiming “emotional distress” and other ailments from the August 12th Unite the Right rally have hired an infamous Democrat law firm to “demand” information from Twitter on popular Alt-Right accounts and hashtags.

This could just be the first step in an invasive discovery phase played out across several social media companies hosting Alt-Right accounts.

I received the email from Twitter Friday afternoon informing me that Boies, Schiller and Flexner had sent them a list of “demands” and that Twitter “may be obligated to produce basic subscriber information related to your account in the future”.

Attached to the email was a legal document (see below) demanding information on my own account as well those of Identity Europa, Mike Enoch, Eric Striker, Michael Hill, Matt Heimbach, The Proud Boys and several others. These were all either groups and people who attended the rally or voiced support for it in some capacity.

Additionally they want a catalogue of tweets using popular hashtags like #ItsOkayToBeWhite, #DailyStormer, #FreeCantwell and #UniteTheRight. It’s not immediately clear why these attorneys couldn’t just use the search function like everyone else. They seem to have a nigh infinite amount of money and resources to waste on inefficiencies and overstaffing.

Twitter Legal Process

Who is the law firm representing Antifa?

The law firm of Boies, Schiller and Flexner has made a reputation taking on high-profile Democrat clients like accused rapist Harvey Weinstein. They’ve also represented a number of powerful Leftwing people, organizations and causes such as the NFL, Al Gore and gay marriage. On the latter issue, they argued before the Supreme Court to have California’s Proposition 8 gay marriage ban struck down.

They were also hired by the City of Charlottesville in a failed effort to rescind my permit for Unite the Right (see: Jason Kessler v. City of Charlottesville).

Now they’ve gone back to the same well by representing a collection of Antifas and anti-white racial activists in a $3 million lawsuit against Unite the Right organizers, speakers and attendees (Sines et al. v Jason Kessler et al.).

The lead plaintiff is a UVA student named Elizabeth Sines who claims to have been emotionally disturbed after witnessing the Unite the Right rally. Glamour Magazine quoted her as saying she, “hopped into her car and drove the 10 minutes from her off-campus apartment to the center of the action.”

Sines wears her cringingly self-righteous liberal platitudes like a badge of honor. Her Twitter account proclaims, “This is what a feminist looks like” while her Facebook cover features a meme from the Anne Frank Center stating, “We replaced you,” a dig at the popular “You will not replace us” chant used by opponents of mass third world immigration. Curiously, not too many brown people in that photograph.

Here is the video she took from the night of the torch march:

Who is bankrolling this?

An organization called Integrity First for America claims to be funding the lawsuit. On their website they describe themselves as, “a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to holding America’s leaders accountable when their actions threaten longstanding principles of our democracy.”

However, despite claims to being “nonpartisan” the group, which formed late last year, has spent its time attacking Donald Trump’s business ventures and was spearheaded by Roberta Kaplan who Politico calls a “liberal icon”. Kaplan is a Jewish lesbian attorney who argued before the Supreme Court in the ruling that struck down the gay marriage ban.

Integrity First’s Twitter account is filled with attacks on President Trump  and continuously uses the term “Nazi” as an ethnic slur for white people. They often deploy their ubiquitous catchphrase #SueANazi, as a play on the Punch a Nazi meme which cropped up after a prominent White Nationalist was assaulted in Washington D.C.

Editor’s Note: Many of Kaplan’s tweets, including this one, were deleted after the original publication of this article.

Interestingly, a source embedded in the Virginia political system told me that these words and actions might constitute a violation of Integrity First’s nonpartisanship requirement as a 501c3. If that nonprofit status were rescinded it could mean that the Integrity First would owe exorbitant sums of money in back taxes and their donors would not be eligible for a write-off.

CLICK HERE For more on how to report a 501c3 to the IRS

Integrity First spokesman Brett Edkins claims that the group has, “already raised $2 million from large donors.” He also claims that they’ll be seeking small “grassroots” contributions in the future but for now that doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Their board of directors are all uber-wealthy investment types: Monica Graham, a hedge fund manager at Graham Partners, Dmitri Melhorn, a partner at the Vidinovo investment network and Susie Buell, founder of the Esprit clothing company and a venture capitalist.

We also know that Integrity First is receiving support from the SPLC who Kaplan claims helps them “track down the Nazis” being served by their civil litigation.

From there the trail goes somewhat cold because we have no way of tracking who is making these multi-million dollar contributions to this fly-by-night nonprofit. Suffice to say it’s most likely a usual assortment of elite America-hating Bolsheviks.

(UPDATE: $1 million dollar donation confirmed from Reid Hoffman, Jewish billionaire and founder of LinkedIn.)

Now that you know what we’re up against please help support the difficult and irreplaceable journalistic work I’m doing by contributing a small monthly donation through Zyniker Law.

James Fields Was Chased With a Semi-Automatic Rifle Before Crash

Dwayne Dixon carrying his AR-15 about a block from the scene of the James Fields incident

New evidence has come to light exposing the life threatening danger James Fields was in before he drove through a crowd of armed protesters after Unite the Right.

As many of you are aware there is already evidence that Fields’ Dodge Challenger was struck by a heavy stick before he accelerated into the crowd.

Fields’ Dodge Challenger being attacked by an unknown assailant Charlottesville Police refuse to identify

What has not been revealed until recently is that members of the Antifa group Redneck Revolt were chasing him up 4th St with semiautomatic weapons, prior to the crash.

This new information came to light after weapons and ammunition supplier Spike’s Tactical created a viral ad capitalizing on recent demonstrations in Charlottesville, Berkeley, Boston and Portland.

Dwayne Dixon, a member of the revolutionary Communist group Redneck Revolt, used this opportunity to taunt both Spike’s Tactical and James Fields in a now-deleted comment.

“I take a perverse pleasure in having carried this Spike’s lower in defense of Justice Park on August 12th. I used this rifle to chase off James Fields from our block of 4th St before he attacked the marchers to the south.”

As you can see on this map below, it’s only one block down a one way street to get from the “Justice Park” area, where Dixon claims to have chased Fields, to the Market St intersection where the crash occurred.

In Virginia, a person can use deadly force to defend his or her person from a “reasonable fear of death or great bodily harm.” Wouldn’t being chased with a semi-automatic rifle or surrounded by a crowd of rioters with baseball bats cause “fear of death or bodily harm”? What if the armed rioters hit the back of your vehicle with one of these weapons, creating a loud bang like a gunshot?

Clearly there were many masked, armed individuals who had been allowed to march and surround vehicles during a State of Emergency. It’s okay though because they’re Leftists and in Charlottesville cops let them get away with anything they please. Laws are only for maliciously prosecuting “Nazis” to cover up your own negligence.

Did I mention that a recent Independent Investigation found that a Charlottesville police officer who was supposed to have been blockading traffic on the street abandoned her post? No wonder CPD doesn’t want to do a thorough investigation. They’ve come to a conclusion which they can’t allow to be proven false, or else the blame falls squarely on their shoulders.

For more info on Dwayne Dixon and his Redneck Revolt check out this video by ABC News in which his crew admit to using violence to suppress free speech rights (kind of a theme at Unite the Right).

The Alt Right Should Be A White Civil Rights Movement

Resistance is Futile Goy

The Left has done an excellent job appropriating white European culture to subvert the core identity of our nations. Hollywood is now casting black actors to portray famous European characters like Sherlock Holmes and Achilles as if to say, “One day it will be as if there never were any white countries. People will think this is the way its always been.” I think our response should be to do some “cultural appropriation” of our own by adopting their civil rights memes to advance the interests of white people.

While identitarians have already made paeans to Leftist protest tactics outlined in Saul Alinsky’s ‘Rules for Radicals’ we’ve yet to successfully model ourselves after the greatest embodiment of those tactics, the so-called Civil Rights Movement. Within constitutional democratic systems the nonviolent civil rights strategy has unquestionably been a resoundingly successful tactic for creating radical societal change in Western countries.

There’s no doubt in my mind that a primary hurdle to successfully adopting these tactics is the desire among many in the movement for a fascistic style of government. Many believe society has become so sick and degenerate that a heavy hand is needed to set its course straight again. I’m personally more of a Classical Liberal but I don’t want to debate that point. I’d rather focus on the fact that we’re not going to get anywhere trying to use brute force as dissidents in a Constitutional Democracy. Because we live in a nation of laws the best way to advance our agenda is by learning to follow those laws and game the system. That is essentially what a civil rights movement does.

We need to fulfill the true promise of the Alt-Right by creating a movement capable of broad social upheaval akin to what the Left accomplished in the 1960’s but in reverse. This means we should be creating a new counter-culture including not just memes and rhetoric but social activism and creative arts like music and film to reflect a pro-white message. Note that these messages don’t have to be so heavy-handed in art. The most refined Hollywood propaganda often pushes its worldview upon the viewer through subtle means like casting decisions and subtext.

Obviously the goals of the pro-white civil rights movement will be different: affirming the rights of white nations to exist like other nations, rejecting the messages of anti-white propaganda and fighting for our first amendment rights (not only in traditional public venues but in the spirit it was intended across privately owned platforms on the internet).

Compare the similarity of these two images (there is no doubt the power is now in the hands of an anti-white establishment):

Me being arrested on May 14th, 2017 for using a bullhorn when several anti-white activists favored by the city government were allowed to use bullhorns.

Rosa Parks being arrested in December 1955.

Some may say that the civil rights model doesn’t go far enough. I don’t claim that it does. However it does create an organizational framework by which white advocacy can institutionalize itself without being branded a criminal organization which exists for street fighting with Antifa. There are those who feel that making any move which does not lead to total victory over our enemy is not worth taking. I disagree. There are many intermediary steps required along the path to total victory. By accomplishing one goal you set yourself up for the next, larger goal.

For instance, by leading a peaceful & successful rally at Unite the Right 2 on August 11-12th, 2018 we reaffirm our 1st amendment right to assemble and advocate for the interests of our people, even in one of the most hostile anti-white enclaves in America. By demonstrating that we are a legitimate advocacy movement we can move on to organizing on college campuses and perhaps a Congressional White Caucus. Whenever our enemies try to deny us our rights to speak and assemble as whites, the way that other groups are allowed, we will fight them in court and set new precedents in support of our people.

We really have a strong position if we dedicate ourselves to nonviolent white advocacy. Our enemies in Antifa groups have vowed to use violence to shut down our first amendment protected activities. No matter how much the media cheers them on for this behavior the law is the law. While employing the civil rights strategy the last thing we want to do is give away that strategic legal advantage by using violence against them. We should exercise restraint which will allow us to punish our enemies in the press and in the courtroom for months after the event itself has ended.

Finally we should endeavor to create more cultural events where people can hang out and socialize free from interference by Antifa. The primary perception of our movement should not be that we exist to be in opposition to anti-whites but that we have an independent value of existing to support one another as a people. For instance, I’m a big proponent of us having a pro-white Woodstock type festival with music, comedy and other cultural elements. It should be an opportunity for people to relax and have a good time; something that a college student might go to and invite their friends so that they can learn more about us in person rather than through MSM propaganda.

Compare the iconography of these images which send a subtextual message about what it means to be an American:

Leftist media liked to juxtapose MLK with US flags to symbolize that the civil rights movement was redefining what it meant to be an American. Nonwhites were “more American” than the white people who founded the country.

Today we have our own heroes ready to take the mantle of our people like Nationalist activist & politican Augustus Sol Invictus

I’m not saying that the white civil rights strategy is the only one we as a movement should adhere to. But when you’re at an event that is modeled as such we should adhere to that formula and not mix strategies too much. For instance, people should have a right to arm and defend themselves against tyranny.  Yet when you’re at a civil rights styled event the primary purpose should not be showing off your militaristic defense capabilities. The objective should be fostering public sympathy rather than striking fear in the hearts of our enemies. Besides, they’ll fear us no matter what we do.

Consider this as we prepare ourselves over the next 7 months for the Unite the Right Anniversary rally. With the upcoming legal battles against the city of Charlottesville and against college campuses across the nation we have a golden opportunity to advance our agenda through peaceful activism, cultural creativity and litigious warfare. When you expand the definition of white civil rights to include a right to exist and the dismantlement of the white genocide agenda we have a broad enough focus that we can accomplish real, demonstrable gains for our people.

I’d like to think this is the beginning of a conversation about opening these tactics up to our people and memeing ourselves as the new civil rights movement. In future posts I hope to elucidate the urgent need to have capable movement photographers to capture our iconic images, specific protest tactics (other than Unite the Right 2) and to explain why we should consider a robust commitment towards complete nonviolence as a protest tactic.

Back to Charlottesville (UTR Anniversary Rally)

.

I’ve applied for a new permit at Charlottesville’s Lee Park for August 11th and 12th, 2018 on the one year anniversary of Unite the Right. I fully expect the Charlottesville government to try and reject it and I’m ready for that fight.

Unite the Right 2 PDF

First, let me explain why I’m doing this. I simply will not allow these bastards to use the one year anniversary of the Charlottesville government violating a federal judge’s order and the US Constitution, in conjunction with violent Antifa groups, to further demonize activists.

What is going to be different: At Unite the Right I was just coming into my own as an event organizer and had faith in the Charlottesville Police Department to abide by the terms of the security arrangement and keep hostile groups separate. Obviously that is no longer the case. Whereas I once took it in good faith that authorities were keeping the security arrangements secret so that hostile groups like Antifa would not learn of the plans and therefore create a security risk, I now understand that they did that to screw us over. They did it to ENABLE the Antifa to attack us while claiming that WE actually screwed things up by not following the security plan…which oh-by-the-way they refuse to release to the public so people can judge for themselves.

This time I, and my attorneys, WILL DEMAND that they release these security arrangements to the public in advance so that all parties, both demonstrators and counter-demonstrators, know what is expected of them. Police will be here, we walk there, counter-demonstrators are required to be behind barricades and not attacking people on the way into the event, etc. We will also require the police to actually do their fucking jobs by demasking individuals violating the felony no mask law and disarming any individuals with illegal weapons like bricks, knives, flamethrowers and baseball bats. There is no place for thuggery at a free speech rally.

Lawyering up: Charlottesville is currently in the process of suing me for an injunction to keep me from doing further rallies. I’ve already retained attorneys to fight this thing. That’s already a major improvement in the legal representation of pro-white activists thus far. When I did UTR 1.0 I was flying by the seat of my pants from a legal perspective. I had no legal representation and was completely unprepared to fight Charlottesville attorneys until the ACLU stepped in to assist. Of course by now the ACLU has shown themselves to be cowards who would not hold Charlottesville accountable for violating the Federal Court judge’s order.

Now I have a real legal team that is committed to vigorously defending our constitutional rights. When Charlottesville rejects my permit, as I fully expect them to, we will push back. My attorneys will not allow government actors to do any secretive shenanigans to screw us over either. The rally will be orchestrated precisely with clear instructions for where everyone is supposed to go. And this bullshit where they are afraid to remove armed Antifa from the front of the venue will not fly this time around.

Better organization: The first time around I worked my ass off and did everything in my power to make sure everything went off without a hitch. However there were organizational issues I was not aware of.

I relied too much on existing infrastructure. I passed off a lot of the security to others. This conceded a lot of control over the event that I now regret. I had complete faith that they would do what was necessary to make sure EVERYONE was fully orchestrated and aware of risks. I don’t like that I didn’t have a megaphone on August 11th to warn marchers that Antifa were waiting for us at the base of the Thomas Jefferson statue. Another event organizer was given a megaphone and I had little to no control over the crowd.

The morning of August 12th I should have been notified that police didn’t show up to escort our VIPs. That was a huge red flag that I should have been able to use to warn people. I should have also been notified that the other event coordinator had stopped coordinating with some of the other groups days before the event. There was no coordination there and there absolutely should have been.

Lastly on this point, I assumed that because one of the Unite the Right speakers was a millionaire and has successfully challenged several universities in court that he would have connections, legal and otherwise, which we could have relied on. I thought he would be able to stop the city when they attempted to rescind our permit and punish them when they refused to honor the permit, acting instead to escalate tensions in order to shut it down. Obviously, since he didn’t immediately sue these bastards he doesn’t have the resources I thought he did. Well, now I have my own lawyers, they’re paid up, and we’re more than ready for legal warfare.

2. We were too lax about OpSec and how we allowed people associated with the event to behave. There is a rich culture of shocking and edgy humor associated with the movement. As a staunch first amendment advocate I took a very laissez faire approach to what people said on forums associated with UTR because I understood that things were said in jest. It’s a lot of fun to push the boundaries of acceptable discourse. However, outsiders don’t know or understand the culture. It’s scary for some of them and in the hands of Leftists can be deliberately misconstrued as threatening and malicious.

We all have to be much more professional with IRL activism going forward. There is a much different set of goals to accomplish when you’re in public. We have to be much more sincere and less LARPy because we’re not just doing this for shits and giggles. This is about saving our people from cultural and ethnic genocide.

We’re not far off from a virulently anti-white Democrat being elected who will open the borders and accelerate the demise of our people. We have to help awaken the ethnic consciousness of White Middle America so that they can stand up for their own interests before its too late. That is the number one priority. Any LARPing beyond that is unnecessary.

Why this is important: Even given the fact that we’ve had a huge learning experience and there are tangible ways we can prove to people that they are going to have a safe experience, there are still going to be risks. Some will say that we shouldn’t take those risks and remain behind our computers where we can continue to propagate dank memes and advance our arguments online.

We must have a presence in the streets of America. Let’s not kid ourselves about which way things could blow if this country collapses in the near future. The United States is not Poland, where 60,000 nationalists can proudly march in the street. In our country the proud Americans, the forgotten Americans, are intimidated into silence by the moral race panic of the elites. The second they stand up for themselves they’re called racists, misogynists, homophobes and transphobes until a vicious mob goes after their families and livelihoods.

Compare Poland to our country where hundreds of “ungratefuls” pour into the streets, obstruct traffic and riot every time an innocent cop is acquitted for using legitimate force.

Polish Nationalist rally 2017

St Louis unrest September 16th, 2017

Of course, memes and internet culture are fantastically important but we must also achieve the difficult goal of making our communities safe for us to have a voice. Imagine an America where the white citizens, descended from the founding stock of the country, cannot even advocate for their interest in public without fear of violent reprisal. That is the future we are abdicating towards our enemies when we relinquish the streets.

Make no mistake, the Democrats are going to be moving ever closer to the Revolutionary Communist attitudes of their grassroots. We cannot allow them to storm the streets of our country while we hide behind our sock accounts on the internet. We must project strength and be a viable mainstream alternative for the Forgotten American.

Finally, we cannot and should not allow our enemies to turn the anniversary of the day they violated our rights into some kind of propaganda victory where they continue to smear us with a distorted version of August 12th, 2017 and hold our attackers up as martyrs and heroes.

Commitment to Nonviolence: The rhetoric out there has really gotten out of hand on all sides. Clearly there is no love lost between pro-whites and those who want us wiped from the face of the Earth. We should know how to defend ourselves lawfully but we must avoid any violent confrontation at this rally whatsoever.

As it says so eloquently in Ecclesiastes 3:8, “There is a time for war and a time for peace.” We are not in a wartime atmosphere, although it may one day come to that. We are in a time of protest, of demanding civil rights for our people and winning hearts and minds. Our enemies have done such a thorough job indoctrinating the populace that even half of the white population hate themselves, actively work against the interests of their people and believe that the foundation of our nation is illegitimate because we “stole” our lands during the age of exploration and conquest.

We need to prove to them that we are the good guys. In my mind it is best to take every precaution to make ourselves safe in the first place but allow our enemies to strike the first blows if it comes to that. Show the world that we are a virtuous people and movement; that we are willing to take the abuse and still march forward in furtherance of our cause without becoming the aggressors.

…There you have it. We have 9 months to prepare ourselves. I don’t expect the same coalition as in 2017. Undoubtedly there may be hard feelings between different factions or people about woulda, shoulda, coulda but I hold no hard feelings about anyone who will shake my hand in friendship going forward.

We have a duty to our people and our nation to rise above pettiness and become the individuals that history requires us to be. See you in Charlottesville August 11th and 12th, 2018.

Taking A Knee for Anti-White Terrorism #Antioch

#TakingAKnee for terrorism

The public must demand a proportional response to the violence perpetrated against white parishioners by a black power radical named Emanuel K Samson.

In case you haven’t heard the news (and why would you with the relative silence from the national media), a black Sudanese immigrant opened fire around 11:15am Sunday morning in Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch, Tn. Facebook photos show that BCCC is a majority white, mixed race congregation. So far all of the reported victims are white. (http://archive.is/6ygvI)

Representatives in Congress and the Senate, who were so quick to implement liberal policies after Dylann Roof and the car accident in Charlottesville, have remained deafeningly silent on this racially motivated attack.

With the Roof incident politicians took down the Confederate flag at the South Carolina Statehouse and Confederate monuments around the country. After Charlottesville (in which a car was attacked by rioters and sped into the crowd) legislation was passed with demands for funding to stop “white domestic terror”.

Why does one create political action and the other silence?

The gunman had posted a number of anti-white and black power affiliated political postings on his Facebook page. He references the controversy over alleged police racism numerous times and his profile header shows him “taking a knee” like in the recent NFL protests against Donald Trump and in support of Black Lives Matter.

On July 8th, 2016 Samson shared an RT story praising the New Black Panther Party for arming themselves with high caliber weapons in Austin, Texas. The RT post asks, “Why isn’t the media speaking on this? Afraid of it being contagious?” and then accentuates it “#Truth”.

The Incident

Witness Joe Love described the scene when Samson arrived and killed the first victim, “He shot the first lady in the back in the parking lot by that green Explorer, then he turned around, rolled her over, and shot her in the face.”

That lady was Melanie Smith Crow, 39, of Smyrna, TN.

Will her family raise a quarter of a million dollars cash the way that Heather Heyer’s family did? Will Crow’s mother become an international celebrity and go on the MTV Music Video Awards show like Heyer’s mother Susan Bro? Will celebrity musicians do a vainglorious Concert for Antioch the way that they did the Concert for Charlottesville?

Dave Matthews and Stevie Wonder Take a Knee at “Concert for Charlottesville”

Somehow I doubt it and that pisses me off.

Before his rampage was ended the gunman went on to shoot seven others including Burnette Chapel Minister Joey Spann and his wife Peggy, Linda Bush, William and Marlene Jenkins, and Katherine Dickerson.

The gunman shot himself in the leg during a struggle with a church usher Richard Caleb Engle (pictured below) in which he was ultimately subdued.

Richard Caleb Engle

DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

Reasonably, there are questions about Samson’s legal status. Police say he’s a legal resident but not a citizen. Why are people like Samson allowed into the country? What benefit do we gain from having them here? That’s a question a lot of people should be asking right now and asking their elected representatives.

Call your representatives now and demand that they treat anti-white crimes with the same gravity as other racially motivated crimes. While you’re at it tell them to support the RAISE ACT which decreases BOTH legal and illegal immigration into the country. Tell them you support Trump’s border wall for all the other victims of lax immigration enforcement and Trump’s travel ban on dangerous countries in Africa and the Middle East.

Recorded Phone Calls and FOIA Documents Show UVA Police Ignored Alt-Right Call for Assistance

Jason Kessler

(Authors Note: I was one of the lead organizers for the rally and some of my reporting is a first-hand account. DO NOT under any circumstances interact with any Antifa implicated in this article. Leave that for the lawyers.)

FOIA documents obtained by Shadowproof show that UVA police were using hearsay from the anarcho-communist website It’s Going Down to inform their negligent response to the Alt-Right’s torchlit march on August 11th. They ignored repeated requests for assistance from both Unite the Right marchers as well as UVA students and staff.

The Unite the Right organizers had discussed the possibility of doing a civil rights march from so-called “Nameless Field” to a Thomas Jefferson statue in front of the UVA Rotunda for some time. However we were uncertain until the night of August 11th whether to actually go through with it due to a pending court case surrounding the next day’s rally and leaked planning details by Left-wing agitators.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=098QwsPVHrM

As early as 3:23pm on August 11th, emails show UVA Chief of Staff Anda Webb alerting police about the march (and parroting a fake Left-wing talking point about there being a march on St. Paul’s Church).

By 7:52pm, the night of the march, UVA Chief of Police Mark Gibson was emailing an It’s Going Down article about the march to Charlottesville Chief of Police Al Thomas. It’s Going Down is an extremist site which has helped organize violence against right-wing activists and police officers around the country. They were running logistics for the J20 riots at Donald Trump’s inauguration, for instance.

The article was based on incomplete or inaccurate information obtained through one of the planning servers for the event.

Around 7pm a couple dozen Unite the Right organizers were meeting at McIntire Park to discuss security arrangements for the next day’s rally. People were skeptical about moving forward with the march considering that we had so much on our plate for the Saturday rally and the fact that we expected an ambush from Antifa, due to the leaking of plans.

Ultimately consensus was reached to go forward with the march. At the insistence of UTR speaker Chris Cantwell we decided to involve police to ensure that peace was kept between demonstrators and the Antifa who felt entitled to “confront” us.

At this point I called both of my PD liaisons: Charlottesville Captains Wendy Lewis and Victor Mitchell. Lewis was contacted at 7:16pm and Mitchell was called at 7:29pm. Charlottesville PD refused to offer assistance because it was “not their jurisdiction”. While technically true, every branch of law enforcement was supposed to be working in coordination with each other during the UTR weekend from city, county, state and federal agencies and there should have been a capability, indeed a responsibility, to coordinate a cohesive response.

I directly requested assistance from UVA police and received a phone call from a Lt. Tabler at 7:46pm. I informed her of the march and that we required police presence to ensure the safety of both demonstrators and counter-demonstrators. She confirmed that UVA police would cooperate to ensure the safety of all involved. I handed off the phone to my co-organizer Elliott Kline (now head of activist organization Identity Europa) who had been placed in charge of security arrangements.

Elliot spoke with Lt. Tabler for about 3 minutes and then told me that UVA had agreed to remove and separate protesters from the base of the Thomas Jefferson statue we were marching to. All of the August 11th marchers, including Chris Cantwell, engaged in the march under the assumption that, as Elliott Kline had indicated, UVA police were going to be onsite to de-escalate any potential conflicts so that they would not turn violent.

Via phone Saturday morning, Lt. Tabler contradicted some of Kline’s version of events. “He didn’t let me know at that time that there were definitely going to be protesters there.” She claims to have told him, “We will monitor the situation, which is what occurred, however we could not remove anyone from that area because (of First Amendment issues).”

I agreed with Lt. Tabler that First Amendment issues could come into play for both sides but that that was not a satisfactory response for why police were not onsite to de-escalate and ensure safety. They had received multiple requests for assistance and been given a time both sides would likely interact at the Rotunda.

The idea that police didn’t know that Antifa would be there to confront the Alt-Right marchers is laughable. The IGD article being shared by the UVA and Charlottesville police chiefs included a call to action for far Left activists to confront and disrupt the march. The article stated, “It’s beyond obvious that this is not about free speech but terrorism. Charlottesville’s Black and brown folks must be protected at all costs, but the police don’t seem to care. Will UVA and its community take action to stand against white supremacist terrorism on campus? Will Charlottesville allow a torchlit rally to go down in city limits again?”

UVA Student Councilor Alex Cintron also alerted Police Chief Gibson requesting safety information about the planned march. Instead of asking protestors not to “confront” the marchers or ensuring that police would arrive to keep the peace he replied that they would simply be “monitoring the situation” (aka standing down).

UVA President Teresa Sullivan has already been caught lying about the response to the march. When a student asked her why there wasn’t a more sufficient response she claimed, “We didn’t know they were coming.” Two days later Sullivan contradicted her earlier statement and admitted that law enforcement was aware of the march Friday afternoon. Her new excuse for the lack of administrative intervention became, “There was a compelling interest in not attracting more protesters and heightened violence.”

Contrary to the mainstream media narrative about the event the Alt-Right marchers had no interest in confronting anyone. We had a legal right to demonstrate on public university property and simply wanted to gather at the statue in support of our heritage. It was the decision of the Left-wing Antifa to gather at the statue prior to our march and initiate a confrontation.

Mayhem in New Orleans Over Confederate Monuments: Assault Vehicles, Snipers, and Vandals

Picture

Left-wing rioters from Antifa drove to New Orleans in an armored assault vehicle, maced a woman in a wheelchair and defaced several Confederate statues. In exchange Confederate supporters landed punches and knocked an Antifa across the head with a flag pole. All of this happened Monday evening on May Day, a date significant to left-wing groups and which coincided with other uprisings around the country. Most of the violent activity occurred while police waited on the sidelines, according to sources who likened the situation to that in other liberal cities like Berkeley. Police were purportedly told to stand down while scenes of mass violence erupted between right and left-wing demonstrators.  With masked men, police snipers, armed Confederates with assault rifles and military convoys bussing in truckloads of ‘anti-fascist’ demonstrators it might seem like a New American Civil War is starting in New Orleans over the legacy of the last one.

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu ordered the removal of four Confederate era monuments back in 2015. Early last Monday morning (April 24th), under cover of night, masked construction workers broke in half and carted away the first of the three statues: The Liberty Place Monument. The area around the statue was fenced off, guarded by an NOPD police squad and protected by overhead snipers. After they were done even the names inscribed at the base of the statue to commemorate the dead had been chiseled away, leaving only a blemished stump of concrete.

Since then a small but vigilant contingent of monument supporters from around the country have been guarding the Jefferson Davis statue day and night, presumably because it would be the easiest to remove. The primary impediment to moving the Davis monument is simply that it is bolted in place while the Robert E Lee statue is up high on a pedestal surrounded by street car lines and the P.G.T. Beauregard monument is extremely heavy.

Monday evening, as about a dozen monument supporters were on guard, an assault vehicle (which some have identified as a deuce and a half) full of so-called Antifa, or anti-fascist demonstrators showed up looking for a fight. A banner on the side of their vehicle read, “Fuck off Nazi scum!” and they were waving the red and black flags of anarcho-communism.

Several protestors confronted the Confederate group with taunts like, “F___ you, nazi!” and “Your monument is coming down!” Several bottles and other small implements were thrown at the demonstrators including Andrew Duncomb, a black Confederate supporter.

Several sources confirm that another black Confederate supporter, Arlene Barnum was harassed by several Antifa until she was brought to tears. Despite being purportedly anti-racist activists, Antifa called Barnum a “coon”, “Aunt Jemima” and “house negro”. When she returned to her car later that evening one of her tires had been slashed.

As the night dragged on the violence escalated. Eileen Marcinkowski, a woman whose pelvis was crushed in a May 4th car accident and is bound to a wheelchair, was maced by an Antifa. “This woman comes across the road screaming and spraying mace. There was no provocation and she didn’t seem to be trying to spray anyone in particular. I felt an extreme burning that I never felt before in my life. My lips today are still tingling and swollen.” Eileen went on to explain that one protestor also threw a broken glass bottle that bounced off the side of her wheelchair.

One of the Confederate supporters knocked a protestor over the head with a flagpole. But it wasn’t until both sides began exchanging punches in full view of the media that the New Orleans Police Department stepped in.

Several Communist groups have already taken credit for the melee including the local New Orleans Workers Group and Take ‘Em Down Nola (which share founding members) as well as a Chicago group called Chicago Rising (aka Occupy Chicago). One leader of Chicago Rising, Spencer Thayer, responded to accusations that his group was bussed in by Mayor Mitch Landrieu, “We don’t work for Mitch. We bus ourselves.”

Later that evening two more Confederate monuments were vandalized. One dedicated to General P.G.T. Beauregard had buckets of red and pink paint splashed across it. It was also fitted with a red cap and several crudely strewn banners which said, “This is historical violence, we say no.”

A statue to Robert E Lee was hit with graffiti saying, “White supremacy is a lie” and that the “memory (of the Confederacy) never dies”.

Five arrests were made Monday evening, for charges ranging from disturbing the peace to crossing a police cordon and public intoxication. Two of those arrests were from the Confederate supporters. None of the arrests were due to vandalism or the assault on the wheel chair victim, Eileen Marcinkowski.

With the three monuments and their defenders still standing the issue is far from over. Mayor Mitch Landrieu promised that the statues would not come down during Jazz Fest but could come down during a lull in the festival Monday thru Wednesday of next week. “There’s a gap in between Jazz Fast, so something might happen next week,” Landrieu said.

The Facebook page for Take ‘Em Down Nola is calling for a march to Lee Circle on Sunday afternoon complete with a brass band. The event claims, “The monument is coming down” although there is no indication whether or not that will specifically happen on Sunday.

Supporters of the statues are hoping to stall until Louisiana’s conservative House of Representatives can pass a Heritage Protection Act (HB-71) which they are scheduled to vote on Wednesday, May 3rd. Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards is a Democrat and it’s uncertain whether he would sign or veto the bill if it was to reach his desk.

The most ardent heritage supporters have vowed to stay until the end, whatever it may be. When asked what his message for the rest of the country would be Andrew Duncomb, who has been guarding the statues for over a week said, “If you don’t think that the Confederate monuments should stay up that isn’t the point anymore. It’s that the Mayor Landrieau is willing to allow this terrorist group Antifa to act out while the police stand down and allow World War 3.”

SPLC Outs Itself as a Hate Group in Douglasville 15 Trial

The Southern Poverty Law Center, veiled in a robe of unquestionable authority and sanctimony by the mainstream establishment, is a cancer upon our nation. Known for its infamous list of so-called “hate groups” they are themselves bullies, harassers, and intimidators of citizens expressing their free speech rights. Never has this been brought into starker relief than in the Douglasville 15 case, in which the SPLC convinced a judge to sentence Confederate aficionados to decades behind bars for WORDS. This was a case in which police originally “didn’t have evidence either way”. This was before the SPLC hate group intervened to persecute the Douglasville 15 for supporting their heritage while white.

First, let’s establish who the SPLC is for those who may be unclear. It’s a legal aid nonprofit founded in 1971 by Joseph Levin. The first president was former UVA emeritus Julian Bond. The SPLC made its reputation collecting scalps of some legitimate white supremacist groups like the White Klans of America and the White Aryan Resistance. They established their greatest claim to fame creating a list of “hate groups” which they defined as having “beliefs or practices that attack or malign an entire class of people, typically for their immutable characteristics.”

This was all decades ago. As time went on and legitimate violent racism decreased in our country, SPLC slowly began to expand its definition of what a “white supremacist” and a “hate group” was. Just like other liberal movements they won the culture war. But rather than congratulate themselves on a job well done and move on to other endeavors they used respect they’d garnered pushing back against the Klan to begin persecuting mainstream conservatives and advocating for ever more dubious causes like illegal immigration and transgenderism.

SPLC has used the media’s reverence for their “hate group” list to blackmail and smear both mainstream conservatives and nonviolent identitarians who, like it or not, are only as focused on race as the NAACP or the SPLC itself. The SPLC extremist list is composed of almost entirely white groups and Christian groups with a random Black Nationalist group thrown in just to feign impartiality. Black Lives Matter is not on the list, although they should be since they are a racist group that is responsible for actual rioting and violence. Mainstream conservatives like Ben Carson and Donald Trump are listed on the SPLC site. So are beloved conservative media icons like Breitbart, Rush Limbaugh, Mike Cernovich and Paul Joseph Watson. Today’s SPLC is pretty much just a left-wing smear racket meant to intimidate conservatives into silence.

This finally brings us to the Douglasville 15 case where SPLC truly jumped the shark into becoming a left-wing, anti-white hate group. The incident took place in the days following the hysteria of the Dylan Roof shooting at a black church in South Carolina. Because Dylan Roof, acting alone, had claimed southern identity by associating himself with the confederate flag, anti-speech forces were clamping down on displays of Confederate flags across the nation. SC governor Nikki Haley had the Confederate flag removed from the grounds of the state capital. It was in this context that a heritage group called Respect the Flag got together in a small truck convoy waving Confederate, American and Gadsden (“Don’t Tread on Me”) flags. By some accounts there was some drinking and rowdiness involved.

There are so many unknowns in the actual incident that it’s hard to describe it impartially. There is no video of the ACTUAL incident, just a bunch of hearsay. Therefore it leaves it up to the eye of the beholder what actually happened (in this case Judge William McClain, a white man seeking re-election against a black candidate in a heavily black district). In any case, the truck convoy was riding past a home where black people were celebrating a child’s birthday party on their front lawn. The Confederate side claims that the blacks threw a rock at one of the trucks; it swerved and popped a tire on the curb. The birthday party group say that the convoy stopped out of the blue to purposely harass them. There was also a claim that someone pulled a gun. The Confederate group does acknowledge this but claims it was because they felt threatened by the rock-throwing. Essentially all of this is hearsay. It’s likely you just had two groups, in a window of heightened racial tension, who’d both been drinking and talking smack to one another.

The only publicly released video of the incident depicts a time after the police had already arrived on the scene and the Respect the Flag Convoy is leaving the premises. A number of angry black people are in the foreground of the video cursing and talking smack to the Confederates. Something inaudible is heard coming from one of the trucks and one of the black women who’d been smack-talking starts screeching, “That was a threat! That was a threat!” to police officers who don’t appear to have taken it as such. It comes across less like the woman felt genuinely threatened and more like she inflamed tensions to the point that someone talked shit back to her in the heat of the moment.

In any case, the incident was over and done with. Police separated the two groups without any violent escalation and no arrests were made. Enter the SPLC with their national prestige and team of lawyers. Without submitting any actual evidence of the incident itself, which I would speculate does not put either side in a flattering light, sicked their team of lawyers on the case; coaching the vindictive black lady to decry how the drunken argument had “affected the rest of her life”. The SPLC wasn’t just looking to get any old charge. They sought dubious gang charges based on the fact that the improvised group waved Confederate flags and made “terroristic threats”. Obviously drunken smack talk was not what legislators had in mind when they drafted terroristic threat laws. Using their overinflated political capital, SPLC managed to actually get a number of these people convicted for decades in prison. Kayla Rae Norton, 25 was sentenced to 15 years and Jose Ismael Torres, 26, was sentenced to 20.

Picture

The face of “justice” being served: Kayla Rae Norton sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Let’s be clear: SPLC targeted the Respect the Flag Group because they were white and promoting their Southern American identity. At the same time SPLC promotes and has an incestuous relationship with other identity groups like the NAACP. SPLC used their political influence and knowledge of the legal system to persecute these individuals for their race and southern identity. What happened in Douglasville is not just a continuation of “civil rights” but an open declaration of war against Middle America. There is a double standard which exists in America where peaceful European-American movements are stigmatized while organizations like SPLC representing other identity groups are lifted up into the highest corridors of power. This verdict was a vindictive and manipulative slap across the face to the men and women who rose up against this tyrannical political correctness in November 2016. This was an open declaration of war by SPLC and the Left that they intend to vindictively manipulate the legal system as a tool for persecution because they are angry about the result of the 2016 election. The question is: what are you going to do about it? We have to openly call out the SPLC at every opportunity; fight for justice to those persecuted by the legal system and let our country know that we no longer respect the authority of SPLC to define who is a hate group when they themselves should be on the list.

Anti-White Charlottesville Vice-Mayor Wes Bellamy Attacks Whites, Women, Blacks Who Talk White

Wes Bellamy Actual unedited photo: We Wuz Kangz N Shiet

Vice-Mayor Wes Bellamy has created deep divisions within the Charlottesville community by taking a largely administrative position and turning it into a bully pulpit to attack white culture and history. Wes Bellamy recently targeted Lee Park, demanding that a historical Robert E. Lee statue be removed, despite a price tag of over $700,000 dollars to taxpayers. But it’s all about his deep seated resentments. Bellamy doesn’t care about massively overspending to get his way.

Wes Bellamy tweets

Charlottesville is a very liberal city in Central Virginia which voted overwhelmingly for President Obama twice and no doubt took a lot of pride in voting for Wes Bellamy on race alone. They thought they would simply pat themselves on the back about how tolerant and diverse they were. In the process they demanded no vetting from the media for a man who is essentially a carpetbagger from Atlanta with a criminal history of assaulting police officers and a blatant black supremacist.

Of course there have been many concerned voices about Wes Bellamy’s plan to attack white history by removing the Robert E. Lee statue but the community and media seem to have written his critics off as cranks and fringe Confederate history buffs. Meanwhile he reportedly stacks all of his committees with all or majority black appointees, attends 100 Black Man racist anti-white conferences, and uses his power to harass local business owners who criticize Black Lives Matter.
Picture

Even more alarmingly, Wes Bellamy has intimated that he intends to target the legacy of Former President Thomas Jefferson, who founded the University of Virginia and who resided here at his plantation home, Monticello. Wes Bellamy spoke to local CBS affiliate CBS 19: “Right now, we are going to be looking at the Confederate statues, but in terms of Monticello, Thomas Jefferson, and things of that nature, I think those are conversations we do need to have here in the city of Charlottesville.”

Picture

It’s unclear whether Wes Bellamy’s radical anti-white agenda had any connection to the Marxist element on campus who recently scolded UVA President Theresa Sulllivan for quoting Jefferson but it certainly didn’t help. In lieu of making headlines for planning Charlottesville highway development, infrastructure and water conservation like other members of city council, it seems that Bellamy has dedicated himself almost exclusively to his Afrocentric racial agenda, running roughshod over the effete white liberals making up the Charlottesville Democratic Party.

Picture

When serial killer Jesse Matthews Jr. was captured for murdering several young white women, Vice-Mayor Bellamy lamented how it would reflect on his race. “It’s just tough being an African-American male now,” Bellamy told a Roanoke reporter. To hell with consoling the victims families or allaying the fears of the parents who send their children to school in our community. It’s all about how the PR of a black serial killer affects his racial agenda.

Wes Bellamy tweets

When the UVA basketball team took a knee à la Colin Kaepernick to protest the police, Wes Bellamy showed up to badmouth the Charlottesville PD and offer the official racial position of the Charlottesville City Council. You know: suppress public knowledge of crime statistics, there’s no such thing as personal accountability, ignore that police shoot more whites than blacks and if a criminal violently resists arrest we pretend like it didn’t happen.

With all these things in mind I looked into his Twitter for further evidence of anti-white bias and found many, many examples. It’s time the media did it’s job and held Vice-Mayor Wes Bellamy to account for his anti-white racism and disrespect of our women.
